All items in the shop will ship within 72 hours of your order- usually faster. We do our best to select the fastest, most reliable shipping partner and send a shipping and tracking number to the e-mail listed on the order sheet. Just Off Normal cannot be held responsible for delays related to carrier labor disputes, weather exceptions, or delays due to carrier misrouting.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs. Be aware, you may need to pay customs or duties fees, which vary from country to country. Also, customs can sometimes delay delivery by many days. We want buyers to know that any customs delays are not within our control.
